Turcot-Thumbnail
The Turcot project got off to a very swift start in its first year. More than twenty Demix Construction employees will be calling the Turcot site home for the next five years. As the heart of the Montreal road network, Turcot connects Highways 15, 20, and 720. The worksite extends over some 8 km from east to west and 2 km from north to south. The project includes the reconstruction of the Turcot interchange, as well as three other interchanges: Angrignon, De La Vérendrye, and Montréal-Ouest.

The reconstruction of the St. Jerome section of northbound Highway 15 in 2008 involved the demolition and rebuilding of a nearly sixty meter- long structure overlooking the North River. Demix Construction completed this project using work methods designed to prevent any impact on the river.

LEED Drummondville
Demix Béton is proud to be the concrete supplier for the first construction project in Drummondville to obtain the LEED certification. Lead by Les Constructions Allard inc., on behalf of Waste Management, the building will be used as an education center to help facilitate the integration of young people with learning difficulties in the labour market.
